The rebirth of the legendary Magura Gustav brake from 1996 brings back the spirit of the “good old days.” Its performance was iconic, delivering unmatched stopping power, and the modern GUSTAV PRO continues in exactly that tradition. At the same time, it sets new standards in braking power, modulation, and reliability, safely stopping even heavy e-MTBs under any conditions.

The Magura GUSTAV PRO is designed for gravity and e-bike categories, easily handling enduro and downhill bikes. It offers a perfect combination of braking force, stability, and control, inspired by MAGURA’s first hydraulic brake. Named after the brand’s founder, it pushes hydraulic braking performance to a new level.

A doubled oil volume (7 ml) ensures consistent performance even on long descents and under high heat. The innovative MAGURA Easy Link system allows quick hose connection without the need for bleeding (as long as the hose is not shortened).
