How to shop

1.) You can order the goods published on the website of the online store in the following ways:

• through e-shop www.alpis.sk
  • by e-mail at alpistours@slovanet.sk
  • personally
  • by phone

When shopping through an online store, you need to follow the instructions below:

1. a) Selection of goods items
   After searching for the desired item of the selected category (left Category menu), click on the "View Product" link. Before entering the goods, enter the desired quantity of items or choose the property of the goods, for example. color, size, accessories.
2. b) Shopping cart
   After you have placed your item in the shopping cart, you will see "SHOW CART", by clicking, you can still adjust the amount of items or remove items from the shopping cart, or you can continue shopping or go to the order by clicking the "Continue" button.
3. c) The order
   Clicking on the "Continue" button you will redirect to the Orders page, where you will list your billing information, the delivery address, if it is billing, you choose the form of payment, shipping and you can enter a discount coupon if you have been assigned.
   Then you have to check the order, agree with the Trade terms or you still have the possibility to add more goods.
4. d) Sending an order
   Once an Order has been confirmed (Step 3), to you will be sent an email with detailed information about your order.

2.) The buyer has the option to check and, if necessary, correct the order prior to binding dispatch.

3.) Information on the individual technical steps necessary to conclude a purchase contract results from these trade terms.

4.) When ordering the goods in a manner other than through the internet store, the buyer will give his name and surname, postal and billing address, telephone and fax number, e-mail; individual and legal entity entrepreneur also ID, VAT ID, VAT number, name of goods, description of goods, number of pieces, date of issue of the order.

5.) Acceptance of the order arises between the seller and the buyer of a legally binding relationship.  Receipt of an order via e-shop, the seller will confirm the order to buyer automatically, right after the seller confirms the order.  In the case of an order by email or by phone within 24 hours at the latest (The order confirmation). In confirmation of the order, the seller will confirm to the buyer the ordered goods, the method of transport and will indicate the possible delivery time or the date of collection, the final price and the method of payment.
