Granger's Down Wash Kit is a specialist cleaning kit for down- and synthetic-filled clothing and equipment. It is designed for washing down jackets, sleeping bags and insulated garments filled with synthetic insulation or Swiss Wool.

The 2-in-1 formula helps maintain the natural oils of down feathers while preserving their softness, loft and compressibility. It also helps improve insulation performance, provides antimicrobial protection and removes unpleasant odours.

The detergent is gentle on existing water-repellent treatments and does not affect the water-repellent finish of garments or equipment. The kit also includes three reusable dryer balls, which help prevent the insulation from clumping and can reduce drying time.

Includes reusable dryer balls

The kit contains 300 ml of Granger's Down Wash and three reusable dryer balls.

The dryer balls help prevent down and synthetic insulation from forming clumps during drying and can help reduce drying time. They also help restore the loft of the insulation.

How to use

• Use 1 capful for one large garment or 2 smaller garments.
• Close all zippers and hook-and-loop fasteners before washing.
• Shake the bottle well and pour the recommended amount into the washing machine detergent compartment or directly into the drum. Check the product packaging for the exact dosage.
• Wash in warm water and rinse thoroughly.
• Granger's cleaning products start working from 30°C, helping to save energy and reduce environmental impact.
• If permitted by the garment's care label, the item can be tumble dried. Add the included dryer balls to help prevent the insulation from clumping and to improve drying efficiency.
