The Black Diamond Expedition 3 Whippet aluminum ski pole is suitable for ski mountaineers and splitboarders in steep terrain. The pole is equipped with a removable steel tip that serves as an ice axe during ascents. The quick-release system is easy to adjust even when wearing gloves, and the extended grip on the handle offers security and comfort when climbing traverses. The pole is three-piece, easy to store on a backpack or inside it. The pole is sold separately - as 1 piece.
Warning: the ice axe tip does not replace a classic ice axe.

- 3-piece construction with aluminum tubes with diameters of 18 mm, 16 mm, and 14 mm.
- FlickLock locking mechanisms with a PH3 screwdriver bit integrated into the lower part.
